Fore The Future Youth Golf Challenge

Fore The Future Youth Golf Challenge

We are excited to launch the Fore the Future Youth Golf Challenge, a one-of-a-kind fundraising event just for kids and teens in grades 1–12. This exciting day of fun, mentorship, and prizes will take place on Saturday, October 25, 2025, at The Golf Club at Crown Colony, located at 8851 Crown Colony Blvd., Fort Myers.  The scramble tournament will kick off with a shotgun start at 8:30 a.m.

This is Southwest Florida’s first youth golf fundraiser of its kind, created to bring together elementary, middle, and high school students of all skill levels, from beginners to future champions, for a meaningful cause. Golfers will participate in fun on-course challenges and enjoy an awards ceremony and great prizes.

To participate, each golfer must raise a minimum of $250, which directly supports LARC’s programs for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.  The top three fundraisers receive amazing prizes and a hole-in-one challenge will feature a magical Disney vacation for four.

Raising $250 is easier than you think! Kids can ask 10 people to donate $25 or 25 people to give $10, or mix it up. Other creative ideas include a Sponsor-Per-Hole Challenge, where friends and family pledge a donation for each hole played (for example, $10 per hole for 9 holes = $90); a Collect Change Campaign, using a decorated jar to collect spare change; or asking for donations in lieu of birthday or holiday gifts. Participants can also raise funds by offering chore services; like mowing lawns, raking leaves, walking dogs, or washing cars. With a parent’s help, kids can also post a short fundraising video on social media explaining their goal and including a donation link.

Be part of something meaningful. Sign up, start fundraising, and swing FORE a more inclusive future!
