Friendly Faces Luncheon

FISH of Sanibel-Captiva will host its next Friendly Faces Luncheon on Tuesday, September 8, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Sanibel Community Church located at 1740 Periwinkle Way, Sanibel. The monthly luncheon brings older adults, caregivers, neighbors, and friends together for conversation, connection, and support. 

Author and naturalist Charles Sobczak as the guest speaker who will present “The Changing Face of Nature,” an illustrated look at the changing relationship between people, wildlife and the environments they share. An award-winning author who lives and writes on Sanibel Island, Sobczak has authored 10 books, including three nonfiction titles focused on Florida’s flora and fauna.
