This month's recipe is Pecan Encrusted Salmon\, Creamy Risotto\, Hericot Vert (French Green Beans) and Mascerated Berries for dessert.\n\nLeslie Adams\, chef and owner of Sanibel Captiva Catering\, LLC/Catering by Leslie Adams\, will lead the cooking lesson.
