Yoga Gold is your perfect blend of gentle movement, community, and classic 60s & 70s music! Designed for those 50 and up, this class is all about building strength, balance, and flexibility in a fun, relaxed atmosphere. Whether you're a local island resident or a visitor, you’ll feel right at home in our welcoming group, guided by expert instructor Jessica. Flow through gentle stretches and simple poses, all set to a playlist of your favorite hits from the 60s and 70s—think Motown, classic rock, and smooth tunes that make you want to move. Each class ends with a calming Savasana to leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. This is a non-intimidating space where you’ll get support every step of the way. Though you’ll be getting on the floor at times, we’ll always have a chair for assistance if needed. It’s not chair yoga, but we’ve got your back!
