Sally Pinkas has been lauded for her performances as a soloist and chamber musician. Praised for her radiant tone and driving energy, Pinkas has an extensive discography that includes music by Mozart, Schumann, Fauré, Debussy, Gaubert, Martinu, Shapiro, Pinkham and Wolff for the MSR, Centaur, Naxos, Toccata Classics and Mode labels. She is joined by her husband, Evan Hirsch, an internationally recognized recitalist and chamber player. Committed to the promotion of the music of our time, he has given premières of and recorded works by American composers George Rochberg, Peter Child, Thomas Oboe Lee, Daniel Pinkham, and Martin Pearlman, among others. Together the duo has delighted audiences around the globe.
