If you've enjoyed her classes in the past, you will love being "In the kitchen with Loretta."
Students will learn how to make an incredible four-course meal from start to finish. Along the way, you'll learn everything from knife techniques, to how to make the ultimate homemade ravioli pasta, a colorful refreshing salad, tender veal scaloppini, silky sauces, delicious vegetables and a scrumptious dessert.
Each dish will be savored as it's completed, creating a new culinary dining experience. An experience you will then be able to recreate in your own kitchen to impress your guests.
