Iran: Its History and Today, Session One
Iran is home to one of the world’s oldest continuous major civilizations, with settlements dating back to 4000 B.C. This detailed presentation by Professor Adrian Kerr, delivered in two sessions, will discuss how the leadership of Iran has become radical in recent times and has been at odds with the West. Session One will trace the history of Iran, examining its first inhabitants, the Fertile Crescent, the growth of Elam, and many more milestones during the country’s development.
