Rani is a trailblazer in the automotive industry, having broken barriers as Ford Motor Co.'s first female engineer. Over the course of her distinguished career, she made significant contributions to engineering innovation, diversity, and the advancement of women in traditionally male-dominated fields.

At our upcoming meeting Gupta will share her inspiring journey, offering valuable insights on leadership, overcoming obstacles, and empowering the next generation of women in business and engineering.
