Sanibel Sunday Sound Bath

Join us for a magical experience of sound healing with crystal singing bowls and Koshi Chimes led by Shelby Stites. The sound healing will be paired with a delicious offering of curated tea to help awaken the body prior to the sound healing. Whether your intention is to bring more peace, healing, relieve stress, release tension, improve your sleep, promote more relaxation or even to recharge your energy, this is the perfect experience for you. The healing properties of the crystal sound bowls enhance your rituals and align you with your higher consciousness. The vibrational frequencies will create powerful waves of sounds that you will be able to feel, hear and sense in your body. The sound bath portion is experienced laying down and closing your eyes to go deeper into your body to transcend the mind while welcoming the healing vibrations of the singing bowls. It is the perfect self care practice. What to bring: You want to be as comfortable as possible when laying down to receive the full benefits of this practice. While The Treehouse has a selection of mats, bolsters & blankets, we invite you to bring your favorite pillow for your head, a blanket or pillow for underneath your knees, a small blanket to stay warm, an eye mask to cover your eyes, or anything else that brings you comfort while laying down. Wear comfortable clothes to relax in. As you can see, comfort is key.

Arrive as you are—your sacred space awaits. Leave your shoes and devices at the door as an offering to presence. Within these walls, sip energetically infused water, explore the wisdom nestled in our spiritual library, and find comfort in community.
