"Stories for Grownups" at Sanibel Library
STORIES FOR GROWN-UPS WITH SID SIMON
Dr. SID SIMON’s popular "Stories for Grownups" will be at 6 p.m. on March 2 , at the Sanibel Public Library.
Sid has been orchestrating “Stories for Grownups” at the Sanibel Public Library since 2002. Simon’s stories are often based on his own life – growing older in Florida, parenting, grand-parenting, memories of great teachers and what life can teach us.
"Stories for Grownups" organizer" is Dr. Sidney B. Simon, Professor Emeritus from the University of Massachusetts. Author or co-author of five books in the areas of values clarification, getting unstuck, and forgiveness, Simon is also the author of two childrens’ books, written for his own kids when they were little. Simon tells stories that are witty and wise, and also has the knack for drawing stories from people in the audience. Come and just listen, or see if one of Simon’s stories triggers one from your own life.
The public is invited to this Library Program. There is no registration required and no additional cost to participate.
