The condo features a lanai that spans the entire unit, providing direct Gulf views from the living room, dining room, kitchen, and primary bedroom. Everything in Sand Pointe #226 is new, including stainless steel appliances, a large 65-inch smart TV in the living room with a DVR, and 55-inch smart TVs in the bedrooms, all complemented by designer-approved decor. The condo has a gourmet kitchen equipped with a blender, an ice maker, and a Keurig Coffee Brewer. We’ve added a dual-sink vanity in the primary bathroom, which also offers a Gulf view. A desk area near the dining space is available for writing postcards, sending emails to envious friends, or reading a good book. The condo also provides puzzles and games to keep you entertained when the sun goes down.
We leave you the combination to our storage closet, located next to the beach, which contains a beach umbrella, chairs, and sand toys.
Shortly before you arrive, we will send you our “Bon Voyage” letter, detailing our favorite places to go, things to do, and, of course, our favorite restaurants (we have lived on Sanibel for over 20 years and tried them all).
The Sand Pointe pool is currently closed, but the easy access to the great shelling beach is open.
