Studio Coordinator

The Robert Rauschenberg Foundation seeks to engage a committed, experienced professional as a key member of the Rauschenberg Residency staff.  The Studio Coordinator directly assists artists at the residency program located at the international, multidisciplinary community in Captiva, Florida.  The residency supports 80+ artists and scholars annually through a series of five-week residencies.

The Studio Coordinator provides direct, daily support to the artists in an effort to bring forward the artists’ individual visions for their projects.  The role’s main functions are to assist the artists while in residence, provide support for the Studio Manager, and in between residencies to clean and prep studio spaces and equipment.

Salary range: $50-$54,000
