Full Time Maintenance Position
Seeking a motivated and skilled maintenance person to join our wonderful team at Pointe Santo de Sanibel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for exterior and interior building maintenance.
Position: Buildings and Grounds Maintenance
Location: Sanibel Island, FL
Type: Full Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
Responsibilities: ?
- Perform Maintenance such as painting, cleaning, light electrical, light plumbing, irrigation and other duties as directed.
- Self Motivated
- Regularly inspect Pointe Santo grounds, including the pool, courtyard, beach and parking lot areas to evaluate the need for maintenance and improvements.
- Perform landscaping duties and services, including, but not limited to, trimming, edging, blowing, and general property upkeep.
- Adhere to all City, State and Federal guidelines as it relates to vegetation, fertilizing and other regulations.
- Work in unison with Landscape Contractor, if necessary.
- Assist Janitorial staff by performing building upkeep, including but not limited to walkway cleaning, blowing, lighting inspection, etc.
- Maintain all association equipment and tools in a good working condition.
- Assist other personnel in the completion of assigned tasks.
- Assist in hurricane preparation.
- Other duties as directed by the Maintenance and Grounds Foreman/ General Manager.
