Full-Time Security & Property Services Attendant

Pointe Santo is seeking a dependable and professional full-time Security and Property Services Attendant to join our team.

Pointe Santo is a beautiful, large Gulf-front condominium community on Sanibel Island. This position is responsible for helping maintain a safe, welcoming, and well-kept environment for residents, owners, and guests.

Primary responsibilities include monitoring the condominium courtyard, parking areas, pool, and other common areas, as well as assisting with the enforcement of the Association’s Rules and Regulations.

The position also includes light-duty property upkeep, such as:

• Disposing of trash
• Closing the pool area at the end of the evening
• Arranging pool chairs
• Taking down umbrellas
• Putting away recreational and activity equipment
• Performing other light property-related duties as needed

Typical work hours are either 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. or 4:00 p.m. to midnight. There may also be flexibility for a four-day schedule consisting of four 10-hour shifts.

The ideal candidate will be dependable, observant, courteous, and comfortable interacting with owners, residents, guests, and vendors. Previous security, hospitality, condominium, or property-maintenance experience is helpful but not required.
