This position covers three areas of responsibility. This individual will manage all day-to-day culinary operations of the Culinary Education Center (CEC) of the Sanibel Community Association (SCA), ensuring the highest possible standards of food quality, service, and excellence in guest satisfaction. The candidate will report to the Executive Director of SCA and will assist in the preparation of the annual budget for CEC, provide backup for the monthly financial statements associated with CEC, and meet the goals throughout the year through proper forecasting and cost controls. The candidate will Function as Chef, Speaker, Instructor and Banquet Chef while establishing relationships with other chef/instructors for future Educational Event (EE) partnerships. Must be able to create and develop new and exceptional concepts and menus that generate excitement and satisfaction among members and guests while also maximizing profitability.
