This position is bonus eligible. $100 sign on bonus after 45 days and an additional $100 bonus after 90 days. Residence Inn by Marriott Sanibel/Fort Myers is seeking an experienced Front Desk Agent for their beautiful hotel! Compensation is based on experience. Must have open availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Company benefits include health, vision, dental, PTO, 401k, employee discounts, and much more.
Essential Job Functions
- Greet guests immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome. Maintain eye contact, use a positive tone, listen actively, and respond appropriately.
- Use selling techniques to optimize occupancy and rates while ensuring accurate information is provided about hotel facilities.
- Maintain cash bank per guidelines, follow accounting procedures, handle guest room keys securely, and protect guest information.
- Coordinate with all hotel departments, stay informed about front office operations, attend meetings, and report concerns to management.
- Manage guest check-in/check-out efficiently, ensure compliance with safety protocols, and promptly address hazards.
- Full-time hours available. Must be able to work flexible work hours/schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Experience/Education
High school diploma or general education degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. Must speak, read, and understand English.
