Reservationist
Description:    We seek a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservationist to handle guest and owner reservations. The Reservationist will be responsible for providing information about our services and rental accommodations, making reservations, and handling cancellations or changes in reservations.  Our ideal candidate is adept at communicating with customers, demonstrates excellent problem-solving abilities, enjoys interacting with others, and is willing to provide high customer service to our owners and guests. 
Responsibilities:
Respond to inquiries about rentals, amenities, and general information in person, over the phone, via email, or social media.
Answering phone calls, booking reservations, data entry, and unit inspections.
Accurately post charges and refunds to reservations.
Handles customer complaints and escalates to management when necessary.
Maintains a thorough knowledge of the property and the surrounding area.
Works with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
Prior experience as a Reservationist or in a similar hospitality role, such as Front Desk Agent and/or Guest Services Representative.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to perform opening and closing procedures.
Basic knowledge and ability to operate a computer.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle stress and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
High School diploma or equivalent; further education in hospitality field a plus
Experience with Escapia Software is a plus
