Job Summary
As the IT Generalist at BIG ARTS, you’ll oversee IT operations and systems, manage our CRM (Tessitura), and ensure smooth technological integration across departments. You’ll be the go-to person for troubleshooting, system oversight, and innovation—helping BIG ARTS stay efficient and connected.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain our CRM system (Tessitura), including fiscal year setup, reporting, and seasonal web sales updates
- Manage network users and hardware setup for staff transitions
- Evaluate and implement new systems and technologies to support organizational growth
- Maintain and update IT asset inventory
- Proficiency in SQL and SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services)
- Strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to assess issues and determine when escalation is necessary
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Experience with Microsoft administration
- Familiarity with Tessitura (training available)
- Basic SharePoint experience (training available)
- Comfortable working across Windows, Android, and Apple platforms
- Understanding of accounting procedures
- Skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat, Photoshop, Premiere)
