Director-CCA, Captiva Civic Association

Seeking a dedicated Director to lead the CCA, a non-profit civic association and oversee daily operations, staff, program and event creation and implementation, community engagement, and long-term strategic initiatives. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for a motivated professional who can balance strategic leadership with hands-on management of operations, programs, and facilities and is passionate about community involvement.

The Director serves as the primary leader and spokesperson for the organization, working closely with the Board of Directors, members, sponsors and community stakeholders to enhance programs, services, and overall impact.

Salary $80,000-$90,000 +
