Location: Sanibel, Florida
Blind Pass Condominiums, a leading secluded vacation rental property in Sanibel, Florida, is seeking a dedicated Vacation Rental Manager to lead our team.
Role Overview:
As a Vacation Rental Manager, you will play a pivotal role in working with the team to ensure the seamless operation and quality guest experiences of our individually-owned vacation rentals. You'll be responsible for assisting with the management 85+ condominiums, maintaining their upkeep, coordinating guest arrivals and working with a team of staff to guarantee outstanding service.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the vacation rental property.
- Ensure properties are impeccably cleaned, well-maintained, and fully stocked at all times.
- Respond promptly to in-house guest concerns offering personalized solutions.
- Collaborate with cleaning, linen & maintenance vendors to address property upkeep and repairs.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Foster positive relationships with condominium owners, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Lead and inspire a team of property staff, providing guidance, training, and support.
Requirements:
- Experience in Hospitality, preferably in the Vacation Rental area.
- This role requires the ability to work a varied schedule on-site & remote that includes weekends.
- Strong understanding of customer service and an innate sense of hospitality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented mindset with exceptional organizational abilities.
- Problem Solver who can handle challenges and find solutions.
- Competency in Google Suite (Google Drive, Google Docs, Sheets etc.). Must be tech savvy.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with Sanibel and vacation rental regulations is a plus.
Compensation:
The role will be a salaried employee of Island Management with starting pay based on experience.
