Retail Associate

Tarpon Bay Explorers is seeking a Retail Associate to join our team. The Associate will assist with the selection and purchasing of retail merchandise, including clothing, housewares, ornaments, toys, books, jewelry, and a variety of gift items.

Responsibilities also include designing, building, and maintaining retail displays; stocking merchandise; keeping the store clean and organized; and providing excellent customer service. The Associate will assist customers with retail purchases as well as equipment rentals and tour reservations.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with the public, has prior retail experience, and demonstrates strong communication and organizational skills.
