Stress Management and Self Care

Feeling stressed or anxious? Learn how to de-stress in a healthy way in a presentation offered by FISH OF SANCAP and Dr. Doreen Greenberg.  Dr. Greenberg, an expert in the mind-body connection, will discuss the symptoms of stress, the perceived stress scale and how to score it.
