FISH OF SANCAP is excited to announce Zoom Cooking With Leslie Adams on Thursday, July 22, from 2-3p. Registration is required.
Tasty recipes are presented in a cooking class style as participants cook together, virtually, as a group.
Each guest will be given a list of ingredients prior to the event, and recipes are geared to smaller portion sizes. For those living on Sanibel or Captiva, FISH is happy to purchase and deliver the items on the day of the event. Guests are also welcome to shop and purchase on their own, whichever is preferred. This month’s recipe is Pecan Encrusted Salmon, Creamy Risotto, Hericot Vert (French Green Beans) and Mascerated Berries for dessert.
Leslie Adams, chef and owner of Sanibel Captiva Catering, LLC/Catering by Leslie Adams, will lead the cooking lesson.
